Three Training Sessions

I have been privileged to coach at different levels and have come to the realization that players prefer different approaches. Some are comfortable being part of a team or group, while others prefer getting sessions as individuals. Whatever choice you prefer, we will make it work!.

1on1 session

Here to help you get enough touches of the ball during your team training sessions. Do not worry about your starting level. I have experience working with players in various stages of the game.  There are those who needed to get started, I have worked with professional/semi-professional player seeking more specialized practices, and I have had players just looking for how far they can go.  No matter where you are at in your game,  you definitely are in the right place for training.

  • Functional training (learn to play your position well)
  • Off the ball work (fitness, speed, balance, athletic coordination)
  • Your football/soccer IQ
  • Willingness to explore new skills
  • Fun and be challenged out of your comfort zone

Group Sessions (4 – 5)

Sessions can be fun while it is you and your friends. As a trainer, I want you to be able to bring your friends and not only have fun, but train at the same level with your friends, be challenged, and develop together. Group session can also be a motivator to you in so many games. I hear players say how much they enjoy pushing their best friends to be better. Hard work added to team work creates a productive environment we all desire as players. Get your friends together and let us train.
